Role of the Chamber

Promote the progress and development of Portage la Prairie & District to make it a better place in which to live and to work.

Incorporate Information delivery and effective lobbying in a central administrative body.

Develop and present informed views and opinions on behalf of the chamber movement, to the Provincial Legislature, Federal & Municipal Governments and other forums where appropriate.

Promote the agriculture, civic, commercial, industrial and other general interests of Portage la Prairie & District where appropriate.
